What are your rates?

Depending on the level of experience of the therapist (Social Work Intern through clinical directors), fees range from $100-$500 per session 50 min.

Sliding scale available: We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Learn more about sliding scale fees here. Please mention sliding scale when requesting a consultation.

How can I use my insurance?

We don't take insurance directly, but many of our clients get reimbursement from their insurance companies.

Here's how it works:

  1. You pay for sessions at the time of service

  2. We provide you with a "superbill" (a detailed receipt)

  3. You submit the superbill to your insurance company

  4. Your insurance company reimburses you based on your out-of-network benefits

  5. We're happy to help you understand your benefits and navigate the reimbursement process.

Questions to ask your insurance about out-of-network mental health benefits:

  • What is my out-of-network deductible?

  • How much of my out-of-network deductible has already been met?

  • What is my policy period?

  • What is my co-insurance?

  • (If they ask for a CPT code: Individual Sessions = 90834, Couples/Family Sessions = 90847)

  • How do I submit for reimbursement?

  • How long do I have to submit my superbill?

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, sessions that are more than 10 minutes late, or missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee. However, we understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to your therapist if you have extenuating circumstances and we make efforts to accomodate when avaliable.
