Hi, I’m julian cabezas | he/they, LCSW, SIFI

My own path through mental health challenges led me to therapy—a decision deeply rooted in my personal experiences and growth. It’s from this journey that my commitment to help others find their way emerged, especially for those who often feel left on the fringes.

I work closely with the LGBTQ community, BIPOC, HIV-positive folks, sex workers, kinksters, and immigrants. I see these spaces as vital areas of need, where people are too frequently overlooked. My aim is to offer a welcoming and understanding environment where everyone can feel recognized and supported. So basically, I work with people, and remember that you are more than a diagnosis or an identity.

I’m here to be with you, offering a calm presence and a steady pace, as you explore your own path or as we find new ways forward together. It’s not just about overcoming challenges; it’s about building a space where you can truly thrive. This approach isn't just professional—it's personal, and deeply connected to the real, lived experiences of the people I have the honor to share time with together.
